Multi Area Editing
A user can easily edit different sections defined in an HTML / XML / SHTML or any text oriented file.

Folder Authorization
A root folder is defined in a configuration file, this will prevent users from seeing any higher folder.

Edit area character limitation

Any editable are can be limited to a specific char number. It means that if you wish to limit your user to 10 char edit area you have the ability of doing so.

It is easy to define a header color per edit area. This will help you distinguish for example titles from paragraph edit area.
